GACRZ challenges Michael to debate on CRZ Notification 2018

PANJIM: Reacting to statements by Deputy Speaker Michael Lobo and Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao that the draft CRZ Notification 2018 will help fishermen regularise their houses and benefit tourism, Goans Against CRZ (GACRZ) on Friday said this won’t happen.
