Gadkari to visit State on Monday

PANJIM: Union Minister for Road, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will be arriving in Goa on Monday, November 1. 

The Union Minister will be on a two-day official visit to Goa on November 1 and 2. On the first day, November 1, the Union Minister will inaugurate the “Missing Link” between Loutolim and Verna Industrial Estate on NH-566. 

After that, the Minister will visit Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim and will inaugurate Telemedicine Services. Later that evening, Gadkari will interact with industrialists on “Gati Shakti Master Plan”, at a private resort in Dona Paula.

On the second day, November 2, the Union Minister will sign an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Sports Department, Government of Goa and the Dilip Vengsarkar Cricket Academy (DVCA). Thereafter, the Minister will be taking a review meeting of National Highway (NH) projects and presentation of highway works along with Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant.

The Minister will also address the media after the review meeting and after that he will depart from Goa on Tuesday.
