PANJIM: In wake of Bakri Eid, to be celebrated on August 5, the District Magistrate, South has prohibited the gathering of four or more persons in and around the periphery of the compound wall of the Modernized Abattoir situated at Usgao, Ponda and within four kms radius from the compound wall of Modernized Abattoir, Usgao, for a period of nine days, till the midnight of August 4.
Any person contravening this order will be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
