PANJIM: The Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cyprus, to enhance trade between Cyprus and India and more specifically Goa. In an online ceremony hosted by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madhumita Bhagat, High Commissioner of India in Cyprus and High Commissioner of Cyprus based in Delhijoined in virtually.
In his welcoming remarks, Chrysilios Pelekanos, President of Cyprus-India Business Association and Partner, PwC, said that the future business relations between the two countries looked promising.
This was followed by remarks by Ambassador Elena Rafti, Director of Global Agenda Directorate, Cyprus MFA. She congratulated both the Chambers on excellent bilateral co-operation.
