PANJIM: Directorate of Technical Education on Friday said the Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) results will be announced on May 14, at 10.30 am.
The results will be available on the directorate’s website www.dte.goa. gov.in as well as on Goa government portal www. goa.gov.in by 2 pm the same day.
Nearly 4,168 students had answered GCET on May 8 and 9. This being the first year students had answered GCET for admissions to engineering and pharmacy programmes the number of applicants had dropped.
Since aspirants for nursing have been asked to answer NEET, the biology paper in GCET has been discontinued.
