PANJIM: The Goa Coastal Zone and Management Authority (GCZMA) has directed the Bardez deputy collector and sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) to immediately seal property belonging to Bollywood singer Mika Singh at Anjuna and submit a compliance report to the Authority. The GCZMA had received three complaints filed against the illegal construction of a bungalow and a retaining wall.
