The NGT, Principal Bench has imposed fine of Rs 500 on GCZMA for delay in submitting reply in a matter related to one Victor Fernandes, and directed to deposit the same with Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB).

“In spite of the previous order, respondent (GCZMA) has not submitted their reply till date. During the course of hearing and disposal of the cases, it seems that the GCZMA is careless and negligent in filing the reply in due course of time,” the Bench said.
