MARGAO: Margao Ravindra Bhavan organised a 10-day Ghumat Vadan workshop from August 16 to 26. The workshop was conducted by Shubham Naik and Shubham Gawande.
Eighty-four Ghumat lovers, most of them women, attended the workshop. The valedictory function of the workshop was held on August 26. The participants played aarti tunes and sang popular Konkani songs. Shri Sai Damodar Arti Mandal also performed on the occasion.
Member secretary Sagun Velip welcomed the gathering. Chairman Prashant Naik complimented the parents for sending their kids for the workshop in large numbers. The participants were presented with certificates of participation.
