Sattari: Valpoi Police have arrested a 26-year-old student of the Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Sukanya Sabbhani, for allegedly attacking her roommate with a knife while she was asleep in their hostel room at Poriem, Sattari.
According to police, the roommate sustained serious cut injuries to her neck and hands in the alleged attack.

Sabbhani was arrested in connection with the incident and has been remanded to five days of police custody.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack.
