Goa Bench of Bombay High Court asks petitioners Hanumant Parab and Floyd Coutinho to approach State Police Complaints Authority. Parab had filed a petition against Police Inspector Sagar Ekoskar for assault and Coutinho had filed a petition against Ekoskar for harassment.
The Court ordered that the petitioners should approach the State Police Complaints Authority (SPCA) and asked the SPCA to expedite the disposal of both complaints.
