Goans across the state celebrated the feast of the anniversary of the last apparition of the Miracle of Our Lady at Fatima on October 13. Feast masses were held across parishes in the state, in Panjim, Borda and Assnoda. A huge number of devotes attended the masses and joined in on the procession.
On May 13, 1917, Virgin Mary appeared to three-shepherd children in Fatima Portugal. From May through October 1917, the Lady appeared and spoke to the children on the 13th day of each month, the last being October 13, 1917.
