PANJIM: The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) team, which was on a three-day visit to the State to take an overview of the preparations to conduct the 37th National Games in October-November this year, expressed its satisfaction over the preparations in Goa.
Speaking to media persons on Tuesday, Amitabh Sharma, IOA’s Executive Member and Chairman GTCC, said, “State of Goa is fully prepared. Traditional games like lagori, squay, rollball, Pencak Silat, an Indonesian martial art, etc, may be considered for inclusion along with 37 other sports disciplines.
