Goa has water, Housing Board, Gogol, thirsts

MARGAO: These hapless residents of Housing Board, Gogol, are literally undergoing sleepless nights these days. They either stay awake till midnight or keep an alarm to wake up on dot at midnight to store a bucket full of water to meet their household requirements. And their ordeal seems to be far from over.
