The Goa Marathi Academy recently inaugurated the much-anticipated Annual Srujan Sangam at the esteemed Ravindra Bhavan in Sankhali on a Thursday evening. This event stands out as a unique confluence, spotlighting the wisdom and talent of the vibrant Gomantika youth.
Dedicated to fostering the growth and enrichment of Marathi language and literature in the state, the Goa Marathi Academy meticulously organized the Srujan Sangam 2024 at Ravindra Bhavan in Sankhali. The event unfolded on a Thursday evening, featuring a diverse array of activities, including group singing, Langar dance, fancy dress, Rangoli, poetry presentation, Bhavageet songs, and many more.
A total of 18 higher secondary school and college students from various corners of Goa enthusiastically participated in this dynamic celebration of culture and creativity. The event witnessed the presence of prominent personalities, including Prof. Anil Samant, President of Goa Marathi Academy, Purnima Kerkar, Srujan Sangam Convener, Dashrath Parab , Executive Members of Goa Marathi Academy, along with co-convenor Vitthal Shelke and Shubhada Chari.
Srujan Sangam 2024 not only serves as a platform for showcasing artistic talents but also contributes to the promotion and preservation of the rich Marathi cultural heritage in the vibrant state of Goa.
