Through the app, consumers can apply for new water connections, report water supply issues and network leakages by uploading photographs and location details, and track the status of their complaints. Users can also receive updates and service notifications through the platform.

The application additionally facilitates road-cutting permissions and digital payments, providing consumers with access to multiple water-related services through a single platform.

The department has also provided a 24×7 helpline at 7030055136 and 7030055036 for public assistance.

To increase awareness about the digital service, the department plans to distribute information flyers to consumers through meter readers. The initiative is aimed at making water-related services more accessible while improving grievance registration and tracking.
