PANJIM, OCT 16 The nine day Navratri festival culminates in Dussehra on Sunday, a celebration of triumph of good over evil. Huge and small effigies of demon king Ravana were burnt on Saturday midnight as Hindus across the state observed nine-day ceremony of prayer, ritual and fasting celebrations.
