Rifle shooters from Goa are selected for the 9th West Zone Shooting Championship to be held at Mhow, Indore, in Madhya Pradesh from 15 to 20 October. Akansha Shinde, Siddarth Raut and Mahesh Mandrekar will represent Goa for the 50metre rifle category, while Yash Asolkar, Maitri Das and Dylan Dube will represent Goa for the Air rifle category. Bhageshri Padloskar of Yash Shooting Academy trained the shooters.
