MUMBAI: Godrej Properties has reported a 6 per cent increase in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015, at Rs 51 crore as compared with Rs 48 crore in the comparable period. Total income for the quarter rose 65 per cent to Rs 718 crore as against Rs 436 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal, Godrej Properties said. For the fiscal, GPL reported a 20 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 191 crore as against Rs 159 crore in the comparable period. Total income for FY15 grew 54 per cent to Rs 1,927 crore as against Rs 1,254 crore in FY14, the company said.
