Govt directed to implement guidelines on missing persons

PANJIM: The Goa State Human Rights Commission (GSHRC) Tuesday directed government to implement the guidelines for handling cases of missing persons, while passing an interim order on a petition regarding the disappearance of a juvenile from Vasco.
