PANJIM: The State government, bowing down to local sentiment surrounding the Vani Agro project at Amdai, Sanguem, is looking at various options, including shifting the project out of the area.
The government will arrive at a solution that will be palatable to all parties, Ashton Godinho, CEO of the Investment Promotion Board said, while revealing details of the meeting held with CM Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday.
He said options would be provided to the investor and a dialogue had been initiated and the promoters of the brewery were very amiable to a suitable agreement
