Fear and anxiety are in the minds of the people, especially the candidates desiring to contest in the upcoming Panchayat Elections over the long delay in the issuance of OBC Certificates by the Authorities, says Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar. The government must ensure that the OBC Certificates to all the contesting candidates are issued within 24 hours of application, he said.
