PANJIM: The State government has affected minor reshuffle of works/departments to its Secretaries with immediate effect.
Commissioner-cum-Secretary P S Reddy has been allocated Archives and Archaeology in addition to Ports, River Navigation, Fisheries and Legal Metrology.
Secretary Ravi Dhavan has now been allocated Health and he will also be the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited.
Two other departments — General Administration and Protocol held by Dhavan has now been allocated to Secretary YVVJ Rajasekhar, in addition to Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Museum, Goa Gazetter and Printing and Stationery.
By another order the Governor on the recommendation of the Goa Service Board transferred two Goa Civil Service officers in public interest, with immediate effect.
Water Resources Department Director (Administration) Anju S Kerkar has been transferred and now posted as Joint Secretary (General Administration) in place of Biju R Naik, who will now be the new director (Administration) of Water Resources Department.
Yet in another order, four officers awaiting postings in the cadre of Mamlatdar/Joint Mamlatdar/Assistant Director of Civil Supplies have given new postings.
