PANJIM: The State government has transferred four senior civil service officers with immediate effect.
According to an order, Melvyn Vaz, who was Managing Director of Goa Handicrafts Rural and Small Scale Industries Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Goa Rehabilitation Board.
Gopal Parsekar, who was awaiting posting, has been posted as Project Director, DRDA (North) with additional charge of Director of Rural Development in place of Vassudev Shetye, who has now been transferred and posted as Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAO), Mopa Airport.
Dr Ajay Gaude, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of North Goa Zilla Panchayat (NGZP), with additional charge of Secretary, Goa Rehabilitation Board, has been posted as CEO, North Goa Zilla Panchayat with additional charge of managing director of Goa Handicrafts Rural and Small Scale Industries Development Corporation.
