PANJIM: In a major decision, the State government has decided to employ operative staff including lower division clerk, office boys, drivers, data entry operators and others, in various departments through Goa Human Resource Development Corporation (GHRDC).
In view to fill up over 10,000 pending vacancies, several departments have issued advertisements for filling up Group C and D posts.
In an office memorandum issued on Friday, the government has directed all the departments, autonomous bodies, corporations and public sector undertaking to engage the serves of empanelled staff from the GHRDC, as per the requirement within the sanctioned staff strength.
