Luizinho Faleiro is upset over the Goa police withdrawing his security detail. Faleiro is entitled to the security as he used to head the Congress affairs in North Eastern states.
“There was an attempt to finish me in a well-planned accident at Manipur where I was miraculously saved. There are people from Manipur everywhere in the country and more in Goa, you never know who they are,” Faleiro told reporters on Friday.
Faleiro said that except for Goa he has security across the country. “I was expecting the Goa government to withdraw my security,” he added.
He clarified that he has not requested the police for security after the withdrawal but that as a matter of right he gets it across the country.
Faleiro alleged that his security withdrawal is a reflection of his speaking out against the misdeeds of the government in the State.
