PANJIM: The Goa State Co-operative Bank Officers Association and Employees Union will hold dharna on February 26, demanding five per cent raise on gross salaries with effect from April 1, 2021.
While addressing a press conference, Management Board Chairman Ulhas B Phal Dessai said that they have informed the Goa State Co-operative Bank Officers Association and the Goa State Co-operative Bank Employees Union the decision of the bank to grant a raise of five per cent on gross salaries with effect from April 1, 2021 after examining all the aspects including the interest of the employees and the institution at large.
He further added that a joint meeting was also held on January 28, with both the unions and the management of the bank, and it was reiterated in that to grant a raise of five per cent on gross salaries.
