The government will be unstable,” said the party chief Subhash Velingkar.
While the GSM Mapusa candidate, Nandan Sawant pointed out that he was requested to contest the by-election by his party workers.
“Following the demise of the Mapusa MLA, Francis D’Souza my party workers requested me to contest the election. There is a need for things to be changed in Mapusa. If people give me an opportunity and elect me then I will undertake the overall development of Mapusa,” he said.
