GSUDA instructed to ensure timely execution of projects

PANJIM: Urban Development Minister Vishwajit Rane on Friday instructed consultants and the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) to ensure timely execution of the projects, aiming to replicate similar development prototypes across the State. 

After chairing a review meeting with a group of consultants who are involved in various projects executed by GSUDA, Rane said that this proactive approach is crucial to fostering consistent progress and ensuring the benefits of development for all.

Rane said that during discussion, they focused on the advancement of several ongoing projects in the Sattari Taluka and different parts of Goa. These projects encompass the enhancement and beautification of various open spaces. 

“Besides, we will also focus on the expansion of roads, the development of green hubs in different census towns as well as municipal areas, pathways, walkways, and footpaths, among other things,” he said. 

The Minister said that the GSUDA wants to focus on creating quality infrastructure for the youth by developing sports facilities, among other things.
