Guv directs Goa varsity to relieve VC, Registrar today

PANJIM: In a major blow to the State government, Governor Mridula Sinha, who is also the Chancellor of Goa University (GU), has turned down recommendation to give GU Vice Chancellor (VC) Dr Satish Shetye an extension by two years.
