PANJIM: The Governor has summoned a four-day winter session of the Goa Legislative Assembly from January 25 to 29, 2021.
Though the CM said the Assembly session would be for a week, January 26 would be holiday on account of Republic Day. The sittings would be on January 25, Jan 27, Jan 28 and Jan 29. The Governor will address the session on January 25 at 11.30am.
The members have been informed that the last day of submission of questions is January 4, 2021.
MLAs have been asked to deposit all notices of questions, calling attentions, Zero Hour mentions in the notice box kept in the Chamber of the Secretary, Legislature.
Business relating to Private Members’ Bills and Resolutions will be transacted on Jan 29 after the government business. The last date for receipt of notices of Private Members’ Bills and Resolutions and the date for holding ballot of these notices will be January 14 and January 15 respectively.
