CURCHOREM: Cooperation Minister Deepak Dhavlikar inaugurated the gymnasium, constructed by Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council (CCMC), at Bansai-Curchorem.
Speaking on the occasion, Dhavlikar said daily exercise and proper diet leads to a healthy body and mind and urged people to take benefits of the facilities provided at the gym.
Fashion show was organized on the occasion, while a student of Bansai, Amraja Pandurang Laad, who stood second in the State at the March 2013 SSC examination was felicitated by Dhavlikar.
CCMC Chairperson Carmelina Fernandes, Vice Chairperson Pradip Naik, Councillors Baburao Fotto Dessai, Pushkal Sawant Dessai, Shrikant Naik, Anita Naik, Jesmine Braganza and Rocha Pereira, Chief Officer Agnelo Fernandes, Martin Fernandes and Pandurang Kakodkar were present.
