The civic concerned authorities opened the cement slabs covering the drainage of NH17, which passes through the heart of Cuncolim on the morning of February 24 and left the work incomplete.
They did not even care to display a warning sign for the night, to ensure that there were not accidents.
This confirms that the civic authorities/contractors care a damn as far as safety is concerned.
