HC extends stay on Baina demolition
VASCO: The Division Bench of Bombay High Court at Goa consisting of Justice Nutan Sardessai and Justice F M Reis while hearing the final argument in the writ petition filed by Esperance Gurjao, her son Constancio Rodrigues and 60 others, from Katem Baina, has extended the interim relief to given to them till September 13, when the final judgment would be pronounced.
