PANJIM: Deputy Speaker Michael Lobo and two other BJP MLAs – Pandurang Madkaikar and Milind Naik – have been issued notices based on election-related petitions filed before the High Court of Bombay at Goa. When the petitions came up for hearing last week, the single judge bench issued notices to the MLAs.
