PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Tuesday revoked the conditional bail granted to notorious criminals Tarzan Parsekar of Arpora and Sagar Patil from Parra after they violated the bail conditions.
The Anjuna police had approached the Court seeking cancelation of the bail granted to the duo. Both, Parsekar and Patil were not permitted to enter North Goa district while out on bail.
However, a complaint was filed against the duo in first week of January 2024 stating that they had assaulted a father-son duo at Nagoa in Bardez taluka. The assault was believed to be in retaliation for the complainant approaching a local MLA regarding Tarzan’s involvement in the October 2022 attempt to murder Ravi Shirodkar, a resident of Naikawado, Calangute.
Both the accused have now been asked to surrender before the Court by March 17.
