PANJIM: The final hearing on the review application filed by former Goa Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar has been posed to October 1, by Justice C V Bhadang of the High Court of Bombay at Goa, on the request of Parulekar’s advocate.
Through an application, Parulekar sought a review of the order passed by the High Court directing him to face trial in the Serula Comunidade cheating and land grab case filed against him by Adv Aires Rodrigues. In his reply, Rodrigues pointed out that criminal law does not permit review of an order.
