PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa on a quashed aside the summons issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to a practicing lawyer to appear as a witness against his client.
The summons was challenged by the lawyer before the Court. While quashing the order, the Court observed that disclosing information shared by the client would amount to a breach of privilege.
