PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Wednesday asked the CBI to reply by October 10 on taking over the Rs 55 crore scam case of Kamaksi Forex. The court also issued notices to CBI.
About 900 investors have been duped of Rs 55 crore by Kamaksi Forex and the case was being investigated by the Economic Offences Cell of Goa Police.
