Headless murder case: accused seeks bail

Accused Govind Naik and Nitin Dicholkar have moved the South Goa Sessions court for bail in the headless body murder case.
Arguments on the bail applications will be heard in the Sessions court on Friday, sources said.
The duo have moved the Sessions court for bail, nearly a week after their bail plea was rejected by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao for want of jurisdiction.
The duo along with Rajesh Naik and Jayesh Naik had moved the  Judicial Magistrate First Class court for bail last week.
The JMFC?court however rejected the bail  since the case of murder are triable exclusively by the Sessions court.
