MARGAO: The 6th Children’s Tiatr festival is currently underway at the Gomant Vidya Niketan, Margao. The festival begun on December 7 will conclude on December 23. The Tiatr Academy of Goa has organised the festival in which over 20 tiatrs written by the children will be staged. Herald Group is the proud partner of this tiatr festival.
The ongoing festival is the sixth edition of Children’s Tiatr Festival whose popularity has been steadily increasing. On the 2nd day of the festival, ‘Music Music Music’ tiatr was staged to a jam-packed audience.
On the occasion, Sujay Gupta, the group editor of Herald, thanked the Tiatr Academy for staging the festival in association with Herald. He also thanked the tiatr community for its love for and pinning hopes on Herald. “Because of the tiatr community Goa has an opposition and a voice and it is very important for Herald and the
Tiatr community of Goa to work together to retain and save Goa which is being lost day by day,” he said and extended the continual support of Herald to the Children’s Tiatr festival.
