The management and staff of Herald, celebrated their 39th
Anniversary of the English Edition with a thanksgiving Mass, at Sao Tome, Panjim on Monday morning. For 39th
years people recognized Herald as a sounding board for policy makers and a
conscience keeper for political leaders. Herald has persistently highlighted
issues which affect and are raised by the people. Herald has also flagged
issues that are not in the interest of the State as part of its 123-year-old
journey.
