Here are the spots where these random stops and starts happen

MIRAMAR CIRCLE: On the Miramar circle, right under the
eye of the traffic police, who are there to try and make sense of
the school traffic, there are five to six buses parked, right in the
middle. How is this possible if not without the consent or under
the benevolent eye of the enforcing authorities, people ask?
DEMPO HOUSE: Right under the nose of the traffic cops near
the police station, near Dempo House is one major blockage.
Any time you go there – especially at peak hours – there are
three to four buses stopping at the same time, blocking traffic
and forcing 2 and four-wheelers to weave around them and
their conductors standing in the middle of the road; trying to
get commuters to get into their bus, and forcing passengers
to run the gauntlet of fast moving traffic. In suburbia areas like
Caranzalem and Taleigao, the buses literally crawl and stop at
almost every 200 mts forcing the traffic behind to stop every
time this happens. Bus owners blame people saying they want
them to stop while the general public say that the authorities are
not taking action as there are “other considerations” that make
them keep their mouth shut.
