Confirming that he had received a letter from the NCP high command, Chief Minister Digambar was non-committal stating, he is yet to go through the letter and consult the party high command on the issue before reaching any decision.
“Bhinsale and NCP State President Surendra Sirsat did meet me and gave some letter which I am yet to go through,” Kamat told reporters, after launching the golden jubilee celebrations at Azad Maidan.
“I will consult the high command and reach a decision on the matter,” he said ruling out possibility of any immediate decision.
Asked whether Mickky would be sworn in today or tomorrow, Kamat quipped, “These things take time and just cannot be done in a jiffy.”
