Highest negative marks received by VPs in A category

Overall, in category A only ten panchayats could score more than 40 marks. Total 32 panchayats come under category `A'.

Overall, in category A only ten panchayats could score more than 40 marks. Total 32 panchayats come under category `A’.
Most of the panchayats in category B on an average have done well. There are total forty-five panchayats in this category.
Surprisingly, Colva village panchayat figured at the bottom having obtained two marks.
The assessment of panchayats was done in three parts — posting marking in part I, negative marking in Part II and assessment by BDO in part III.
In part I, Colva panchayat scored six marks and minus six in part II. It would have got a big zero if not for two marks given by BDO.
Other panchayats in B category that figured at bottom include Goa Velha (St Andre), Corgao, Quela and Arambol.
Under this category, negative score of Se Old Goa (-10) Goa Velha (-10) and Arambol (-12) panchayats has been high.
In category “C” that has maximum panchayats, 40 panchayats scored about forty points however the score of about ten panchayats in the bottom has been very poor.
Grant score of panchayats at Agarwada Chopdem, Casnem-Amerem, Imbrampur, Dhargal and Seraulim has been twenty and less.
The category D that has sixteen panchayats and which are considered to be smaller panchayats with five wards, on an average all have done well as also negative scoring has been less as compared to panchayats in other categories.
The score of only three panchayats Neura, Rachol and Allorna has been high whereas negative score of other panchayats has been less than ten.
Mencurem-Dhumacem village panchayat that topped the list with highest score of 53 marks — didn’t lose marks in negative marking.
