PANJIM: The Anjuna police booked history sheeter Tarzan Parsekar from Arpora and his accomplice Sagar Patil from Parra for allegedly assaulting a man and his minor son at Nagoa, Arpora.
According to the police, Tarzan and Sagar allegedly assaulted the complainant and his minor son on January 4, 2024, and also threatened to kill him as he had approached the MLA and complained against Tarzan for assaulting a person in 2022.
The police further informed that Tarzan Parsekar is out bail granted by the Bombay High Court at Goa in connection with a case registered at Anjuna Police Station in the year 2022. One of the conditions of the bail was not to enter the North Goa district but Tarzan violated the order.
The Anjuna police Station has registered an FIR against both the accused under Sections 323, 504, 506 (ii) read with 34 IPC and Section 8 of Goa Children’s Act.
Process to cancel the bail of Tarzan Parsekar has been initiated, police said, adding the hunt for both the accused is on.
