MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Margao has granted conditional bail to history-sheeter Cheema Paul, who was arrested by Fatorda police in connection with the theft of gold ornaments worth Rs 50 lakh from an apartment in Fatorda.
Cheema Paul, along with Arjun Dessai, allegedly stole the gold ornaments, and it was revealed that Cheema had hidden the stolen items in the house of his relatives in Nagpur.
Fatorda police, following the interrogation, recovered all the stolen gold ornaments from the house in Nagpur. The police have registered offences against both accused individuals under sections 454, 457, and 380 of the IPC. The court has also granted him conditional bail in another theft case registered
