PONDA: The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has demanded that the Sanatan Sanstha should not be banned as the latter is “spreading religious education”.
In a press release on Monday, HJS claimed that society is supporting Sanatan Sanstha and that HJS and other organisations had held a meeting to show solidarity with the Sanatan ashram. HJS supporters also stated that it is wrong to demand a ban on Sanatan Sanstha before the court gives its verdict on Govind Pansare murder case, in which Sanatan-seeker Sameer Gaikwad has been arrested. They also claimed that people were attacking Sanatan Sanstha to defame it.
