PANJIM: The Women’s Police Station has filed an indictment against State BJP Vice President Anil Hoble, his wife Sandhya and son Milind in the dowry harassment case, lodged against them in August.
The 60-page indictment comprising statements of 30 witnesses and other evidence was submitted to the local court on Friday. They trio is indicted under Sections 498-A (subjecting a woman to cruelty), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (ii) (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) of IPC.
