PANJIM: The Goa RTI Forum has written to the government alleging several illegal signage boards installed across the capital city. The forum states that these unauthorised installations have no legal sanctity and have been done violating laws of the land.
“There is no Collector’s notification, no tender process has been followed, there are no permissions from the Corporation of the City of Panaji and no Resolution from Corporation of the City of Panaji Council,” reads the letter to Chief Secretary, District Administration, PWD and Traffic Department.
