PONDA: The Mines Department and Collem police raided an illegal laterite stone quarry at Tatodi Dharbandora and arrested four including the owner of the quarry.
The accused Ganapat Gaonkar, Mukesh Urao, Rajesh Kindo and Santosh Lamani were arrested and the machinery involved in the extraction of stones, a JCB and three power tillers were later seized by the police.
